Youibot globally launched three new-generation semiconductor embodied-intelligence mobile manipulator robots at SEMICON China 2026: the OW12-300, OW8-350, and ATS6F. The three products target three scenarios respectively: full-process handling for 12-inch wafers, front-end processing for 8-inch wafers, and cross-cleanliness-level material transport, together forming an industrial logistics solution covering the entire semiconductor process chain and filling multiple gaps in domestic semiconductor wafer logistics robots.
