SG Series Roller-Type Linear Guide

SG series linear guide replaces balls with roller-type rolling elements and is designed for ultra-high stiffness and ultra-heavy-load capacity. Thanks to line contact between the rollers and the rail/carriage, only minimal elastic deformation occurs under heavy load; a 45-degree contact-angle design gives the guide equal stiffness and equal load capacity in all four directions. It greatly improves machining accuracy and extends service life. The recirculation module is patented in multiple countries, ensuring smooth infinite recirculation of the roller elements.
